You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
Unused condition – no signs of wear, use, or damage beyond normal inspection.
Original packaging – including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Quality issues – manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or other quality-related problems confirmed by our team.
Non-returnable items:
Items damaged by customer misuse or accident after delivery.
Items missing original packaging or components.
Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at purchase).
Gift cards.

We offer free returns on all eligible items. No restocking fees or return processing fees. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval.
Return Process
Contact us at info@melissaanddoug.sbs within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and return reason.
We will respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Pack the item securely in original packaging, attach the label, and drop off at the designated carrier location.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Refund processing: 1 to 2 business days after inspection is complete.
Refund appearance on original payment method: 7 to 10 business days after we process the refund (depends on your bank or payment provider).
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). We do not issue store credit unless specifically requested.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@melissaanddoug.sbs with photos showing the damage/defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
